The soul of Rivka, daughter of Ruth, was the soul of Mashiach ben David, which was meant to bring the complete Geulah (Redemption) to the Nation of Israel. But because of our many sins, we lost the moment of the Geulah (Redemption). However, in the merit of our mourning and eulogizing this holy and awesome soul, we will merit the complete Geulah (Redemption) this very day, and the building of the Holy Temple in the blink of an eye.
