And Now, Write for Yourselves • Documentation from the Completion of Writing the Letters in the Inner Sanctum

About a week ago, a ceremony was held for the Hachnasas Sefer Torah (welcoming of a Torah scroll) for the 'Shuvu Banim Nechamat Zion' institutions. A day before the Hachnasas Sefer Torah—on Wednesday, the 29th of Iyar, the eve of Rosh Chodesh Sivan (the start of the new month)—the ceremony for the Siyum Kesivas HaOtiyos (completion of writing the letters) took place at the residence of the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days).
During the ceremony, the rabbis of the institutions each wrote a letter in the Sefer Torah (Torah scroll). Then, our teacher, the Rav shlit"a, entered and wrote the final letters, as excitement filled the air with the completion of the writing of the letters. During the event, the Rav shlit"a delivered holy words of Torah with fiery passion regarding the Sefer Torah and the upcoming holiday of Matan Torah (the giving of the Torah). After about twenty minutes, the Rav shlit"a emerged from his holy residence, and all those present burst into emotional singing in honor of the Torah's completion, with great joy lasting for many minutes.
