"In the Merit of Rebbe Nachman, in the Merit of Saying 'Nishmat', Not a Single Jew Was Harmed!" • The Daily Lesson from Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Before you is the full daily lesson as delivered by our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a - yesterday after the Ma'ariv (evening) prayer, Monday, Parshat Metzora, the night of the 8th of Nissan:
"Three hundred and sixty missiles, they all arrived within twelve minutes, and half fell on the way. It is all because there are still girls who do not lengthen their skirts to the ankle and have not broken their Xiaomi (smartphone). Rebecca broke the Xiaomi, so her candle did not go out all day and all night, all week and all year. Sarah broke the Xiaomi, so her candle also did not go out, not by day and not by night. Deborah the Prophetess broke the Xiaomi, so she sang a song on Mount Tabor. Once, every girl was a prophetess, every girl broke her Xiaomi, did not listen to players (digital music devices), did not listen to forbidden songs; secular songs are all songs of abomination. Therefore, we are in such a terrible war where not a single Jew was harmed—this is only in the merit of Rebbe Nachman, in the merit of saying 'Nishmat' (the 'Nishmat Kol Chai' prayer), not a single Jew was harmed, not a single hair from his head fell to the ground. Everyone was certain that now the entire settlement would be wiped out; it was certain that by Saturday night, no trace would remain of the entire settlement. But Deborah the Prophetess saved us, all in the merit of Rebbe Nachman, for she sang on Mount Tabor: 'Was a shield seen or a spear among forty thousand in Israel?' (Judges 5:8). Neither shield nor spear, they just went with dust and straw, they threw straw and it became arrows, they threw dust and it became swords, because Deborah the Prophetess broke the Xiaomi, she did not have a player. She did not listen to secular songs. It is written that Elisha ben Abuya listened to secular songs, therefore he became an apikores (heretic). The Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman) brings this in Torah 30, that he listened to secular songs, Greek songs, so naturally he was drawn to books of heresy, which fell from between his knees; that is how he reached where he reached. Any girl who listens to secular songs will eventually become secular, travel to a reality party, and from there continue to Nova (the music festival), and from there continue to Gaza, to Khan Yunis, to Rafah. All the girls who went to the party, today they are already in Rafah and there are no chances for their release; every day the chances diminish, every day the chances diminish. Hamas says that only if they withdraw from Gaza, after that they will withdraw from the Land of Israel. I asked everyone to leave the apartments finally, by eight-thirty tomorrow morning, everyone leaves the apartments. We need to give them to the Palestinians; they have already started walking on foot, they started on foot wanting to reach Jerusalem on foot. We need to arrange apartments for them, there needs to be equality, there needs to be a 'sharing of the burden' (shivyon banetal). It is impossible that the Palestinians will not have apartments, that Hamas will not have apartments, they sleep under the open sky while you live in luxury apartments, five-room and ten-room apartments. Everyone is requested by five-thirty to vacate the apartments, give them to Hamas, give them to the Palestinians. This is Bibi's (Benjamin Netanyahu's) decision; everyone must respect Bibi. Because Bibi said not to attack Iraq, not to attack Iran. The best gematria (numerical value) for Paras (Persia) is Achashverosh, it is Haman. Khomeini is a reincarnation of Haman. All this they did as revenge because they hung Haman before Pesach. Haman needs to be hung on Motzaei Pesach (the night after Passover), but Shuvu Banim (the Rav's community) do not know the laws, they do not know the story, they hung him on Purim. And now this caused an international scandal, and Haman submitted it to the UN and submitted it to the International Court of Justice in The Hague—that they hung—that Shuvu Banim said they hung him on Purim, and it is not true. He wants them to make a beautiful hillula (celebration of passing) for him, like for Rabbi Shimon (bar Yochai). For Rabbi Shimon they make a hillula, dances and songs and bonfires; he wants to be hung on Motzaei Pesach, they should make him a hillula like for the Rashbi (Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai). And therefore everyone traveled to Bnei Brak. Why did they travel to Bnei Brak? Because 'descendants of Haman studied Torah in Bnei Brak' (Gittin 57b). All of Bnei Brak is from the descendants of Haman. So they want to make a hillula there, that is why everyone traveled to Bnei Brak. Everyone does not understand why they are traveling to Bnei Brak? Let them travel to Peki'in! Let them travel to Peki'in, Peki'in is the 'brain' of Rabbi Shimon. Peki'in has more holiness than Bnei Brak; Bnei Brak has no holiness at all. Let them travel to Rabbi Yehoshua in Peki'in, or after Rabbi Eliezer to Lod, or fly to Uman. Why did Rabbi Eliezer live in Lod? Because from there he would fly to Uman, every month he would fly to Uman. Every month I would leave Nachman alone, and Mother alone. My wife said, 'Every month?' Every month, yes. We would fly every month, we had a subscription. Now also, they want to fly to Uman within five minutes, within five minutes. If it is delayed, it will cost us another ten thousand dollars. The pilot takes ten thousand for every hour of delay. So everyone is requested to make the hillula for Haman on Motzaei Pesach, and there will be bonfires and there will be dancing and there will be songs until morning. And in this merit, may we merit the complete Geulah (Redemption) speedily in our days, Amen!".
