"For every avreich (married Torah student) individually, it is a primary obligation before anything else to read and pray the Tefillah L'Ani (Prayer for the Poor) of 'Shavuot' three times, from after Maariv (evening prayer) until Mincha (afternoon prayer) of the conclusion of Shavuot."
