PHOTO GALLERY: RAV BERLAND IN BAT YAM

Rav Eliezer Berland, shlita, is continuing to criss-cross the country to share his unique brand of Torah and spiritual inspiration with Am Yisrael. On January 23, 2018, the Rav appeared in Bat Yam.

The Rav spoke on a number of topics, including the story of the death of King Shaul, when an Amalekite convert killed the King at his request, after he'd been fatally wounded in his last battle with the Philistines.

Rav Berland explained how there is never any justification for shortening another human beings life, even if they are suffering terribly, as everything has been decreed with perfect justice and forethought from shemayim.

The Rav concluded his comments at Bat Yam by saying:

"We came together this evening to eulogize Shaul, because the month of Shvat is when the seventy 'wise men' died. The month of Shvat is when the battle with the Philistines on the mountains of Gilboa took place.

> "Everything occurred in the month of Shvat, which is the month of geula (redemption)."

We're pleased to share the following pictures of the event with you.
