Prayer: Master of the Universe

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, please perform a miracle and a wonder with me, a wonder for life, and may I merit to defeat the klipah (husk) of Haman Amalek = dollar = 240, and may I merit clapping 484 hands 100 and dancing 376 of holiness 419 = 1279, and through this may I merit intellect 355 of holiness 419 + 1 = 1279, and to learn Torah day and night, and to learn Shas, Likutey Moharan, the weekly Torah portion, Likutey Tefillos, and Likutey Halachos.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, all the war and the victory over the Gid HaNasheh (the sciatic nerve) is achieved only through song and dance, which make the heels jump higher and higher. Please Hashem, grant me the merit to win the war for all generations, for even when Mashiach comes they will join in song and dance, as this is the only power that can awaken the Jewish people to teshuvah (repentance), and subdue the angel of Esau. This is why Jacob went back for small jugs, all in order to gather all the sparks, and to subdue Esau completely, and everything is through song and dance. Through this, we rectify the blemish that Jacob did not know how to rectify, until Isaiah the prophet came and said "Sing to Hashem," for through song and dance one emerges from the blemish of the Gid HaNasheh, which is the most terrible blemish, and only through song and dance is it possible to rectify this.

Master of the Universe, grant me a complete healing quickly, and may I merit to be included in the heart of the world, in the heart of our holy Rebbe [Rebbe Nachman], and may I merit that my holy heart will be like the heart in the story of the third day [of the Seven Beggars], which constantly yearns for the spring. May I always merit to receive a new day from the stuttering beggar, and every day may I merit to be like King David, peace be upon him, who merited in the merit of the holy melodies to draw down entirely new vitality every single day. May I merit to be like King Hezekiah, who, after a decree of death was already upon him, Heaven forbid, not upon us, merited to sweeten it completely. And not only that, but the sun moved backward ten hours, and the angel of Hashem went out and struck the entire camp of Assyria, two hundred and sixty thousand myriads minus one (2,600,000,000 - 1), and then he promised Hashem: "Hashem will save me, and we will play my melodies all the days of our lives in the House of Hashem" (Isaiah 38:20). And I promise You, Hashem, blessed be He, that I will never get angry again; rather, I will merit all the days of my life to play holy melodies for You at every moment and hour. So too, may You now heal me with an eternal healing from now and forever, and from now on may I never be sick again, Heaven forbid.

Master of the Universe, grant me the ten types of song that King David, peace be upon him, revealed: 'And I will play my melodies in the House of Hashem all the days of my life.' And all the days of my life shall be only song, melody, and music. By the power of the seventh beggar who had no legs, may I merit to dance all the days of my life without ceasing and without stopping for a second, and through this may all my sins be forgiven from the day I gained awareness until now, and may all the sins be transformed into merits. May I merit, in the merit of our holy Rebbe, to attain holy intellect and knowledge, and to all the 13 attributes of the holy beard, which are "God, merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth, keeping lovingkindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin, and cleansing." May I merit the attribute of absolute truth, and may I 'speak truth in my heart,' and may no word of falsehood ever leave my mouth. May I merit that all my thoughts, musings, and meditations will always be only upon You, as it is written, "Singers and dancers alike, all my wellsprings are in You." May I merit to cry and shout out to the spring flowing from the mountain, which is the river flowing from Eden, from the tziyun (gravesite) of our holy Rebbe, and through this may I merit "a well of living water, flowing from Lebanon," and may all the "seven pipes" drawn from the Flowing Brook, the Source of Wisdom, be bestowed upon me. May I merit, in the merit of this holy and awesome tziyun, to attain complete holy knowledge, and to a wondrous settled mind (yishuv hadaas), which is the true reward of each and every person, as it is written, "Your reward is very great" (שכרך הרבה מאד), which has the numerical value of 'settled mind' (ישוב הדעת) (Ben Ish Chai). May I merit the illumination of the shining from the wondrous impression of the purest radiances (Orot HaTzachtzachos) drawn from the holy tziyun, which shines brighter than the sun in its strength, and brings the sun out of its sheath, so that the light of the sun will be sevenfold like the light of the seven days, and the moon will shine like the sun, and the whole world will be filled with precious light in the merit of this holy and awesome tziyun. And may the verse be fulfilled: "Precious light and congealment," and may all my lusts congeal, and may I have no lust for any physical thing; rather, all my wellsprings and desires will be only for Your great, holy, and awesome Name, and may I merit to place the Name Havay"ah before my eyes at every single second. May I know faithfully that Hashem, blessed be He, is the One guiding me in every second, in every movement, and in every word and thought, and may all my thoughts be only holy, pure, clear, and pristine thoughts in the light of the purest radiances, in the lights drawn from this holy and awesome tziyun. And through the wondrous influences drawn from the holy and awesome tziyun here, may I merit that the entire essence of my body will be transformed into a holy, pure, and pristine body from the Garden of Eden, until all four elements from which my body is built will be transformed into the four letters of the Ineffable Name, and the purest radiances will nullify all the physicality of my body until no lust remains in it, until my body is transformed into my soul, and my soul into my Yechidah. May I know that there is none besides You, and may I merit, in the merit of the holy tziyun, the level of Yechidah at the ultimate highest degree, until I merit to walk in the Garden of Eden during my lifetime, and may I merit to be in the Garden of God all the days of my life. May my entire house spread the sweet fragrance of spices, as it is written, "My spikenard gave forth its fragrance," fragrances of faith and song, as it is written, "You shall come, you shall sing from the peak of faith (Amanah)," and may I merit the supernal pleasantness, the purest radiances, and wherever I look I will see only the wonders of the Creator, and the wonders of Your hidden Name, from now and forever.

Master of the Universe, grant me the merit to practice Hisbodedus (personal prayer) with immense and very great desire, without any slumber or sleep, and I will sing all kinds of songs during Hisbodedus, songs of devotion and teshuvah. Master of the Universe, Who dwells in the heights, Who sits in the heavens above, Who sees all the hidden places and all the meditations of my heart, please purify me to serve You in truth, for this is my entire desire, and I have no other desire and no other thought. My entire desire in this Hisbodedus is solely to draw close to You with a whole heart. You have revealed to us that when one practices Hisbodedus before You with a whole heart, it saves the entire world from all kinds of terrible decrees, and then it is possible to save the world so that no Jew will die or be killed at that hour, nor any person in the world, because during the hour of Hisbodedus, when done with a whole heart, judgments are sweetened from the entire world, and then Hashem, blessed be He, has no possibility of decreeing any decree in the world at all. Therefore, please save us, Master of the Universe, so that we may practice Hisbodedus before You for the entire hour with all our heart and soul, with tremendous weeping and wondrous joy. Please, Merciful One, by the power of our holy Rebbe and by the power of the Seven Shepherds who engaged in Hisbodedus all the days of their lives, and especially Moses our Teacher, who merited to practice Hisbodedus day and night from age 20 to age 80, engaging only in Hisbodedus, songs, and praises in the mountains, valleys, fields, and deserts, and nothing interrupted him. He never dozed or fell asleep, he neither ate nor drank, until he purified his body so much that he no longer needed to eat ever again out of his great devotion and love for Hashem. So too, grant me the merit to practice Hisbodedus before You with immense and wondrous desire, in flaming love, out of true lowliness. May I merit to feel my own nothingness, like Abraham our father who said, "I am but dust and ashes," and like King David who said, "I am a worm and not a man," and like Moses and Aaron who said, "And what are we?" May I not divert my attention from You during Hisbodedus even for a brief moment, and may I have pity on my youthful years and my few days of life, which are only one hundred and twenty and fly away like a flying bird and like a fleeting dream. Therefore, during Hisbodedus, I will utilize every second and moment, and I will not doze at all, and I will know my state of immense lowliness, that there is nothing that will save me except the hour of Hisbodedus, when You turn away from all Your affairs and have mercy with all Your heart and soul upon miserable souls like me, and turn to them in the intensity of Your mercy, raising them from the lowest level to the highest heights. So too, in Your abundant mercy, raise me as well from the lowest levels to the highest heights, endlessly and unfathomably, and perform wonders with me that You have never yet performed with any person. May I merit to return in complete teshuvah, and to bring the entire Jewish people back in teshuvah, and may we all merit the complete Geulah (Redemption), the coming of Mashiach ben David, the building of the Holy Temple, and the resurrection of the dead, speedily in our days, Amen.

Master of the Universe, grant me the merit to sing songs for the sake of Heaven, only songs of devotion to Hashem, and to feel You at every single moment, and to visualize the Name Havay"ah, Y-H-V-H, before my eyes. Whenever I sing solo or in a choir, I will sing only for the sake of Heaven, only songs of thanksgiving to You for all the good that You do for me, and songs of devotion to You. I will always cleave to You, and I will always sing, "My soul thirsts for You, my flesh longs for You, in a dry and weary land without water" (Psalms 63:2). I will have no pride when I sing, nor any ulterior motive to boast, and I will always know my lowliness and the evil of my deeds, that I am the worst of all, and I will rejoice only in You. I will fulfill "I will rejoice in Hashem," "My soul shall exult in my God," and all day long I will only sing and exult in You, "And I will play my melodies in the House of Hashem all the days of my life."

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit to play music solely for the sake of Heaven, for Your Name's sake, as it is written, "Praise Him with tambourine and dance, praise Him with stringed instruments and flute." May I always merit to remember the destruction of Jerusalem, and never become arrogant, and never play music, Heaven forbid, with lightheadedness. Rather, I will remember "the burning that Hashem has kindled," as it is written, "I will elevate 106 Jerusalem 401 above 596 my chief 100 joy 501" 758 = 2452. And may I merit only to add wisdom and knowledge every day, as it is said, 'For 30 Torah 464 scholars 118 whenever 50 they 97 age 531 wisdom 73 is added 992 to them' 47 = 2452.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, may Your mercy roll over Your attributes, and grant me the merit to be holy and pure like Joseph 156 the Tzaddik 209 = 365, and in this merit may I merit to know all of Shas = 365, and in the merit of songs and dances = 360 I will know Shas = 360. And in the merit that I will be included in the four matriarchs Sarah 505 Rebecca 307 Rachel 238 Leah 36 = 1086, may I merit to be immersed all my days in Gemara 246 Shas 360 Talmud 480 = 1086.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, grant me on my birthday 58 = 445 = 513, that I may merit the level of Asenath = 513, which is seven times wisdom 7 x 73 = 511 = Asenath. May I merit, just as Joseph the Tzaddik merited through guarding the covenant, to the seven levels of wisdom, which are: 1. The first three (Chochmah, Binah, Daas) 2. Chesed 3. Gevurah 4. Tiferes 5. Netzach 6. Hod 7. Yesod. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me in the merit of my birthday = 513 to spend all the days of my life in song + 1 = 513 and melody, and through the study of Shas = 360, may I merit all the days of my life to be solely in dances = 360. All the days of my life may I merit to cleave to You day and night 'with all 52 your heart 34 and with all 58 your soul' 431 = 575, and through this may I merit to declare at every moment and second, "Hashem our Lord, how mighty 215 is Your Name 360 = 575 in all the earth."

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit to be like the blind beggar who saw nothing, and like the deaf beggar who heard no sound from the sounds of the world, and like the stuttering beggar who never spoke mundane chatter, and like the beggar with the crooked neck who never emitted any vanity here in the world and always kept his neck crooked, and like the beggar with the crooked back who carries the whole world upon himself, and like the beggar without hands who can extract all the arrows, and has ten measures of charity, ten measures of wisdom, and ten types of melody to save everyone, and like the beggar without legs who has the melody and the dance of the Future to Come, of "You shall come, you shall sing from the peak of faith (Amanah)." May I merit to shed tears like a stream in the merit of the hour of Hisbodedus that I will do every day. In this merit, may I merit to hear the Ten Commandments at every moment, especially the commandment "I am 81 Hashem 26 your God 66 who 501 brought you out 531 from the land of 331 Egypt 380 from the house of 452 slaves" 126 = 2495. Through this, may the souls of 'Abraham 248 Isaac 208 Jacob 182 Moses 345 Aaron 256 Joseph 156 David 14 Sarah 505 Rebecca 307 Rachel 238 Leah' 36 = 2495 become impregnated within me.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, abundant in power, "to those who have no might He increases strength," Merciful and Gracious One, grant me from now and forever to wake up every night a little before Chatzos (midnight), and may midnight never pass over me in sleep. Please act according to the greatness of Your wonders, and remove the cords of sleep from my eyes and slumber from my eyelids, and may my intellect always be clear, pristine, holy, and pure for Your service and comprehension, and wherever I learn, may I immediately understand in the blink of an eye. May I merit to fulfill Tikkun Chatzos while sitting on the ground, placing ashes in the place of the Tefillin, shedding tears like a river and pouring out my heart like water. May I never divert my attention from You, and may I never blemish the covenant again, and may I never blemish my eyes again. May I merit to be absolutely holy and pure with the holiness of our holy Rebbe, and may I be purified and sanctified with the holiness from above. All the days of my life, may I merit to always wake up a little before Chatzos, to feel the pain of the Destruction and the pain of the Jewish people. After Tikkun Chatzos, I will do an hour of Hisbodedus, and afterward I will learn with true joy and with the true delight of the Torah in You. I will rejoice and be glad all the time, and all the days of my life I will spend in the study of Torah, prayer, and good deeds, with songs and dances without ceasing. As the Maharzu writes in Bereishit Rabbah (8:6), 'When they sang a song over the downfall of Sisera, then everything was forgiven them, and a new reckoning began from then on.' And as it is written in Midrash Shmuel (29), it is explained that song completely forgives former sins and they become a new creation. Thus, through song, a person becomes a completely new creation, and through divine joy in Hashem, blessed be He, one merits Divine Inspiration (Ruach HaKodesh), like Jonah the prophet who merited prophecy at the Joy of the Water Drawing. So too, may You grant me to rejoice and be glad in the House of Hashem all the days of my life, until I merit the level of Divine Inspiration, and the level of prophecy.

Master of the Universe, open my heart in the study of Shas, which corresponds to the three hundred and sixty days in the year, which corresponds to the three hundred and sixty-five years of Enoch. Through this, may I merit the impregnation of the soul of Enoch, which is the supernal radiance (Zihara Ila'ah) of Adam HaRishon. May I too merit, through the study of Shas, the supernal radiance of Adam HaRishon, just as Enoch merited. Through this, may I merit the Divine Image (Tzelem Elokim), and to be included "in the image of God," for our Rebbe said that it is impossible to merit the Divine Image except for one who completes Shas. Then I will merit the impregnation of the angel Uriel, and therefore in the image of 162 God 86 = 248, which is the numerical value of the angel Uriel = 248. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, I know that all the forgiveness of my sins depends on the study of Shas, and therefore "with You 130 is forgiveness" 118 = 248, for I desire true life, and therefore 'desires 178 life' 70 = 248. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, grant me what our Rebbe said in Torah 8 (Part 2, Section 2), that there are three cavities of the skull of the brain, and one must fill them with the study of Shas, Gemara, and Talmud, to subdue the klipah of Lilith through Talmud = 480, and the klipah of Machalas bas Igras through dances and dancing. Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me to increase in dances and dancing, and by increasing in dances 490 and dancing 360 = 850, may I merit to sit in the Yeshiva day and night, and not leave the Yeshiva even for a moment, and to be like King David, peace be upon him, who said, "Here 85 I will sit 303 for 30 I have desired it" 432 = 850. And through the study of Shas = 360 day and night without ceasing, may I merit song and dances 360, and to sit a full 355 year 495 = 850 and learn Torah without stopping for a second, and not to leave the entrance of the Yeshiva at all, until I merit to know all of Shas perfectly, forwards and backwards, with broad proficiency and deep analysis, with all the Rishonim and Acharonim, Rambam, Tur, and Shulchan Aruch and all their commentators, and all the Poskim in the world.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, You can transform the entire essence of my body so that I will no longer desire any physical thing; rather, my entire body and flesh will yearn for You with an intense yearning, which will grow stronger from day to day and from hour to hour, until the verses are fulfilled in me (Psalms 63): "O God, You are my God, I seek You earnestly; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh longs for You, in a dry and weary land without water." I will not desire eating or drinking, nor sleep, nor other physical things, only "my heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God," until I merit "my soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me." I will only yearn and long for Your great and holy glory, until even when lying on my bed I will only meditate upon You day and night without stopping for a single second or pausing. I will be in the aspect of "A constant fire shall burn upon the altar; it shall not be extinguished," and as it is written, "When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches." My longing for You and my yearning for You will grow stronger and stronger from moment to moment, until the verse is fulfilled in me, "Singers and dancers alike, all my wellsprings are in You," and I will only dance and sing in the House of Hashem, as it is written, "And I will play my melodies in the House of Hashem." I will not desire any physical thing in the world at all, and all my wellsprings and thoughts will be attached only to You, and all my meditations only on Your greatness and Your glory, and to see at every moment and second more and more miracles and wonders endlessly and unfathomably. "Only for God does my soul wait in silence, for my hope is from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken." May I merit to be like the holy Matriarchs, about whom it is said, "All my wellsprings are in You," "Fortunate is the man to whom Hashem does not impute iniquity," for a person is called such only if, in the second he does not think about Hashem, it is considered an iniquity for him. Grant me, Master of the Universe, Almighty, "My Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last upon the earth," that I may merit to complete Your intention in my creation, and may I merit to complete Your image and likeness in which You created my soul, my spirit, my living soul, and my body, my 248 limbs and 365 sinews, that they may all be transformed into spiritual entities. May all my 248 limbs and 365 sinews be transformed into holy and pure Names, and may not a single drop of physical blood remain in me, Heaven forbid, at all. May I merit to be absolutely pure and holy, until I merit to attain the aspect of Yechidah, and I will know that there is no reality in the world besides You at all, "And You rule over all" and guide everything, and everything is only from You and from Your holy and wondrous hand. Until I merit to ascend to the Nukva of Atik, which was formed from the first 5 [Sefiros] of Keter of the Name B"N - Y-V"D H-"H V-"V H-"H, and through this may I merit to be included in the holy Name A"B - Y-V"D H-"Y V-Y"V H-"Y, until I merit to be included in the head of Adam Kadmon, where there is no evil at all, and where nothing is lacking, and there everything is 'one eye of mercy' (Eina chada d'rachamei). Until I merit to have mercy on all Your creations boundlessly and endlessly, and may Your mercy be stirred for the son of Your beloved ones, until I too merit that my mercy will be upon all Your creations, for all compassion comes only to one who is holy with the holiness of the covenant in absolute holiness and purity, until all my traits will be only mercy and lovingkindness. May I merit 'one eye of mercy' to be the heart of the whole world, in the aspect of King David who merited to be the heart of the whole world, to the point that the toenail of his foot was more heartfelt than the heart of another person, because all day long he would cry out to the spring until his soul expired, as it is written, "From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart faints; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a refuge for me, a tower of strength against the enemy. I will dwell in Your tent forever; I will take refuge in the shelter of Your wings, Selah." Until I merit to be transformed into Your holy essence, as it is written, "A land that consumes its inhabitants." And may I merit, through the holiness and purity that I will attain in absolute holiness and purity, to be transformed into the heart of the whole world, and of all the generations.

Hashem, Almighty, in the merit that the Children of Israel remained silent, they merited the splitting of the Red Sea and the Song of the Sea, and the song of Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, who merited to take the tambourine (Tof) = 480 in her hand, and through this to subdue Lilith = 480 the wicked one, and all 480 myriads of her army camps. And through this, "Terror and dread fall upon them; by the greatness of Your arm they are still as a stone, till Your people pass over, O Hashem, till the people pass over whom You have purchased. You will bring them in and plant them on the mountain of Your inheritance, the place, O Hashem, which You have made for Your dwelling, the sanctuary, O Lord, which Your hands have established." May we merit, in the merit of silence, as it is said, "And you shall remain silent," during the Song of the Sea, which was a song and thanksgiving to Hashem, as it is said, "You have led in Your steadfast love the people whom You have redeemed; You have guided them by Your strength to Your holy abode. The peoples have heard; they tremble; pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia. Then were the chiefs of Edom dismayed; trembling seizes the leaders of Moab; all the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away." For the entire redemption was in the merit of the song, and Hezekiah, because he did not sing a song, did not truly merit to be redeemed, and did not merit to be Mashiach ben David, which was supposed to happen had he sung a song and thanksgiving for the miracles he saw in the downfall of Sennacherib and his armies, in one hour on the night of the Seder. Please Hashem, grant us the merit to sing and play the prayer every single day, every letter that leaves our mouths with song, dances, and melodies, and may we not miss, Heaven forbid, a single letter without melodies and songs, especially the Song of the Sea and Mizmor LeSodah (Psalm of Thanksgiving), which we are obligated to say with melodies as ruled in the Shulchan Aruch in the laws of Pesukei D'Zimra. And all of Pesukei D'Zimra and all the blessings of the Shema I will always say with melody, song, and dance. In this merit, all the screens resting upon my brain will fall away, and my intellect and mind will be opened in the study of Torah endlessly, and my mouth will not cease from studying day and night, even for a single second.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me to pour out my heart like water before You, and grant our son the merit to always know 'that the dominion 700 is before You 190, strength 77 is in Your hand 36, and might 222 is in Your right hand 132 = 1357, and Your Name is awesome over all that You have created.' May he always be attached to You in truth and sincerity, and to our holy and awesome Rebbe in truth and sincerity, and may he merit all day and all night to sing to You and sing songs to You, as it is said, 'I will sing 248 praises 372 to enter 180 within 9 the gates' 548 = 1357. And through this, may You open for him all the gates of the intellect, and all the gates of holiness = 1000, and may he be attached to the intellect 357 = 1357 of holiness, and all his days may he fulfill the verse "I will rejoice 354 and exult 202 in You 22, I will sing 253 to Your Name 360, Most High" 166 = 1357.

Hashem, grant me to know all of Shas, Ketzos HaChoshen, Nesivos HaMishpat, Tokfo Kohen, as it is said, "And I will look 27 at the wonders 567 of Your Torah" 1066 = 1660. Please Hashem, "who 501 has not 31 lifted up 351 my soul 337 in vain" 440 = 1660, in the merit of the study of Torah, "and the wolf shall dwell with the lamb," and through this may I find favor in the eyes of all the wolves, bears, and leopards, as it is said, "And Esther 421 found 757 favor 58 in the eyes of 142 all 50 who saw her" 222 = 1650, in the merit of Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah 42. For 'there is no 61 free 52 man 52 except 32 one who 50 engages 536 in Torah' 613 = 1660, and through this may there rest upon me "the spirit of Hashem, a spirit of wisdom 73 and understanding 73, a spirit of counsel 165 and might 222, a spirit of knowledge and fear of 617 Hashem" 26. May I merit to see Hashem face to face, as it is said, "When shall I come 10 and appear before God" = 1660. And through this, may I be covered in a Tallis 451 that is entirely 361 Techeiles 850 = 1662, in the merit of song, melody, and dance, as it is said, "And Deborah 906 sang 217 and Barak 308 son of 52 Abinoam" 179 = 1662.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, grant me the merit to say thank you for every single thing, and my mouth will always be filled with songs and praises, thanks and acknowledgments. I will always sacrifice my soul to say thank you, and I will never forget to say thank you. May I merit to be included in the secret of the 'Supernal Bride' who is comprised of all the songs and praises, as it is said, "You shall come, you shall sing from the peak of faith (Amanah)." May I merit to include in my song and praises all the thanksgivings until the end of all generations. I will spend all my days solely in thanksgivings, songs, and praises, for it is said regarding Deborah that through song all their sins were forgiven, in the secret of "When retribution was exacted in Israel, when the people dedicated themselves," "riders of white donkeys," that through "I, to Hashem I will sing," all their sins were forgiven, and holiness, songs, and praises descended even upon donkeys. For song is the aspect of Mashiach, which draws holiness even upon the murky body called 'the skin of the serpent' (Mishka D'Chivya), and also the "riders of white donkeys" merited that all their sins turned white as snow, as it is said, "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow," in the secret of "white donkeys," that through song and thanksgiving they merited teshuvah out of love, and merited that all their sins turned white. Just as the daughters of Israel in the time of the Holy Temple merited on every Yom Kippur to dance the entire Yom Kippur from morning until evening, and to dance in white dresses as good as new that they received on loan. And through this comes the downfall of the entire Sitra Achra (Other Side), as it is said, "The thousand are for you, Solomon," the secret of the downfall of the klipos of Sihon and Og, whose numerical value is one thousand: "Sihon king of the Amorites" = 566, "Og king of Bashan" = 434 = 1000. And through the fact that we will always thank Hashem day and night = 177 without stopping for a second or a moment, we will merit to enter with our bodies into the Supernal Garden of Eden, the place where all souls are hewn.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, at the hour when I fall into the Sefirah of Malchus of the world of Asiyah, please save me from the anger that comes from constricted consciousness (Mochin D'Katnus). Master of the Universe, Almighty, from whom no purpose can be withheld, 'Who brings out the prisoner from the dungeon, and those who sit in the shadow of death from darkness,' grant me, while I am in prison like Joseph the Tzaddik for no wrong in his hands, to reach now in these days the level of Joseph the Tzaddik, who could not put on Tefillin, nor conduct the Seder night, and nevertheless was a 'leaping man' (Gvar Kafuz), and only jumped and danced all the days for twelve years, and sang and chanted and praised Hashem, blessed be He, day and night, melodies, songs, and praises, blessings and thanksgivings, with song and melody, until the entire prison trembled at the sound of his song, and the doorposts shook, and his voice pierced all the heavens, and tore through all the firmaments, until Pharaoh in his own glory sent to bring him out of his prison. Master of the Universe, Almighty, grant me the creation of the world anew, the secret of "Bereishit" (In the beginning), the secret of 'Rosh Bayit' (Head of the house), the secret of 'Et Rashbi', the root for all the worlds was created, the secret of the goblet 13 x 72 = 936, the secret of Mordechai and Esther + 1 = 936, the secret of Mattisyahu and his sons + 1 = 936. And through the word "Bereishit" one subdues them all, and merits the lights of the Ein Sof (Infinite), and to subdue the king of Arad = 274, who is the root of all the Arodin (demons/wild donkeys) in the world, which are created from the separation between the heel of Leah and the crown of Rachel. And this is "How beautiful are your footsteps in sandals," when the feet of Leah connect with the crown of Rachel, and the crown of Rachel becomes the sandals for Leah, and then Leah has sandals, in the secret of "and the needy for a pair of sandals," and then the Shechinah (Divine Presence) has sandals to descend below ten handbreadths, which we merit on Chanukah, when the Shechinah receives sandals to descend below ten handbreadths. And therefore "Joseph was brought down to Egypt" to the place of klipos, because he had already merited sandals that protected him, for he merited to connect the heels of Leah with the crown of Rachel, and then "Upon Edom I will cast my shoe." And may I merit to be a veteran 516 disciple 484 = 1000 of our holy and awesome Rebbe, and to know all of Shas by heart, and whatever I do I will succeed, as it is said, for 30 Israel 541 does 381 valiantly 48 = 1000.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, upon my reaching the age of 39 (Lamed-Tes), grant me the verse "For Your dew is a dew of light, and the earth shall cast out the dead," and may I merit the dew of the resurrection of the dead. May I merit to be like Daniel, a man of 311 desirable qualities 464 = 775, who rode and defeated 1464 lions, 'for in Nissan 172 they are destined 534 to be redeemed' 69 = 775. May I merit to see the complete Geulah, and may I merit to see in my days the building of the Holy Temple, and all my days may I merit to be solely in the upper 211 worlds 552 = 775. May I merit all my days to spend solely in song and melody, in thanksgiving 417 and joyous songs 358 = 775. May I merit to know all of Shas, Gemara, Rambam, Tur, Shulchan Aruch, Ketzos HaChoshen, Nesivos HaMishpat, Tokfo Kohen, Likutey Moharan, Likutey Halachos, Sipurey Ma'asiyot, Likutey Tefillos, everything word for word, letter by letter, with broad proficiency and deep analysis.

Master of the Universe, Almighty, during the recitation of Tikkun Chatzos, grant me to ascend to Adam Kadmon of Adam Kadmon, the secret of "Amar Neka" (clean wool), which Amram merited. Therefore, Elijah the prophet hid by the Brook of Cherith, for from there comes the cutting off of all the haters and enemies of Israel. For Chatzos is the aspect of "Kalleh" (destroy), "Destroy them in wrath, destroy them that they be no more," the secret of Chatzos, the 'Harp of David', for the Bride (Kallah) is the secret of the 'Harp of David', for she is entirely song and melody, in the secret of "You shall come, you shall sing from the peak of faith (Amanah)," that only through song and melody "from the peak of faith" will the Geulah be. For the main thing is to contemplate the intellect of everything, and the intellect is the guide, and it opens all the gates, as it is said, "With wisdom He opens gates," and one ascends to Adam Kadmon of Adam Kadmon, in the secret of "Amar Neka," the secret of 'Amram the father of Moses', who could have, through his Tikkun Chatzos, brought the complete Geulah, and built the Holy Temple, a Temple of fire, and brought Mashiach ben David, and resurrected all the dead. And then we would have merited to say the complete Hallel all of Pesach, for through Hallel it is possible to resurrect all the dead. And this is done today through Tikkun Chatzos with intention, with song and melodies, through which one ascends to Adam Kadmon of Adam Kadmon, especially through the song of 'Sha'arei Tziyon', for this liturgical poem opens all the gates. Therefore, at Chatzos we sing, "Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O everlasting doors," for with this verse Solomon opened all the gates of the Temple, and brought the Ark with the Cherubim and the Tablets into its place and its foundation, the Holy of Holies.
