Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, grant me the merit that You will heal all the pains in my head in the blink (305) of an eye (130) = 435 in the merit of the Tzadik (209) the foundation (80) of the world (146) = 435 and in the merit of loving You with a love (13) which is without (42) limits (380) = 435.

AND MAY I MERIT THAT YOU WILL HEAL ALL THE PAINS IN MY HEAD IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE, AND ALL MY HEADACHES WILL GO TO THE ENEMIES OF ISRAEL.

And strike them all with the ten plagues, which have the numerical value of ‘rosh’ (head) = 501: detzach (114) adash (374) b’achav (13) = 501.
