Rabbi Shlomo Ofer Visits the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Rabbi Shlomo Ofer shlit"a, head of the 'Seu Marom Eineichem' (Shem"a) institutions—which include, among others, a Kollel for married men, a Yeshiva for young men, as well as Talmud Torahs and institutions founded on pure holiness for young girls—paid an emotional visit to our Teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a.

The 'Seu Marom Eineichem' institutions of Rabbi Shlomo Ofer were established about 20 years ago with the goal "to help"—to help widows and orphans, to help youth in distress, to help young students and married Torah scholars, to strengthen Jews and spread Judaism to the Nation of Israel wherever they may be, and primarily to bring them closer to Father, our Father in Heaven. This is how his students define the goal of Rabbi Ofer shlit"a.

Rabbi Shlomo Ofer is known for his deep Torah teachings, for his help to others without any pretense, and for his love for our Teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. Now, after the years of exile during which he did not see Rabbi Berland shlit"a, the emotional meeting arrived wherein Rabbi Shlomo Ofer visited Rabbi Berland shlit"a at his holy abode.
