The Secret of Finding One's Match and the Daily Heavenly Decree

Class No. 64 | * (Continued from 63) Tuesday night, the eve of the 15th of Av 5756, for the young men of the group in the Kloyz in "Beis Yisrael"
An in-depth discourse on the virtue of the days of Tisha B'Av and the fifteenth of Av (Tu B'Av) as days of joy in which one receives a new soul. The Rav explains how every day a heavenly voice goes forth declaring a person's match, and how going daily to the Western Wall (Kotel) connects a person to the root of miracles and helps them find their shidduch (marriage match).
The "Pri Tzaddik" says that just as in the Second Temple era, when the prophecy came through Zechariah the Prophet to make Tisha B'Av a festival and a time of joy and gladness, so too in the First Temple era, Tisha B'Av was a day of joy, gladness, and happiness. In the future to come, there will be seven days of feasting and joy from Tisha B'Av until the fifteenth of Av.
The fifteenth of Av is a day of dancing and rejoicing. Rebbe Nasan of Breslov explains that on this day, sins are atoned for through the dancing and rejoicing, and in fact, it is exactly like Yom Kippur. Everyone must believe that on this day all of their sins are forgiven, and through the joy of dancing, they receive a completely new soul.
The Declaration of the Match Every Single Day
Since the fifteenth of Av and Yom Kippur share the same spiritual aspect, these are days when anyone can find their match. If a person receives this day with joy, gladness, and earnestness, their shidduch will be revealed to them. This day is auspicious for the revelation of all matches and pairings, because everything comes from the Holy of Holies.
The Talmud in Tractate Sotah says:
"Rav Yehudah said in the name of Rav: Forty days before the formation of an embryo, a heavenly voice goes forth and says: The daughter of so-and-so for so-and-so, the house of so-and-so for so-and-so, the field of so-and-so for so-and-so."
A person worries about where they will get an apartment or parnassah (livelihood), but everything was already declared forty days before they were born. However, in Tractate Moed Katan, a completely different opinion of Shmuel is brought down. There it says:
"Rav Yehudah said in the name of Shmuel: Every single day a heavenly voice goes forth and says, the daughter of so-and-so for so-and-so."
Not just once in a lifetime before the formation of the embryo, but every single day a heavenly voice goes forth and declares the shidduch, the apartment, and the parnassah of the person. If a person were worthy, waking up for the Vatikin (sunrise) prayer and going out to do hisbodedus (personal prayer) in the field, they would hear the heavenly voice and find their shidduch immediately.
The world was created on the 25th of Elul, and forty days prior to that is the fifteenth of Av. On this day, the souls of the Jewish people were created, and on it, a heavenly voice goes forth and declares all the matches. This is a day when everyone receives a completely new soul, and with this soul, they will arrive at Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
The Western Wall - The Root of Miracles and Salvations
The place where all matches and all salvations are revealed is the Western Wall (Kotel). Rebbe Nasan reveals a novel concept in the Laws of Orach Chaim, stating that the Kotel is the root of all miracles in the world. Even the miracles of the Exodus from Egypt, the Ten Plagues, and the Splitting of the Red Sea are all drawn from the Western Wall, from the Holy of Holies.
Regarding this, the verse states:
"You will bring them and plant them on the mountain of Your inheritance, the place for Your dwelling which You, Hashem, have made."
Hashem reveals to us that all the miracles we have seen are drawn from the Temple Mount. Therefore, a day must not pass for a person living in Jerusalem without going to the Kotel. There lies the root of the souls, there all the matches are engraved, and if a person goes to the Kotel every day—they are guaranteed to find their match.
The Western Wall is a place where physical reality is nullified. When a person goes to the Kotel, it seems to them that they are in this world, but in truth, they are in the World of Atzilus (Emanation), in a completely different world. From there begins the point of free will of the creation of the world, and when a person ascends to this root—their free will is nullified and they receive only good choices.
