The Shelah's Prayer is the Most Accepted Prayer - The Daily Strengthening from the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

The Gemara (Jerusalem Talmud, Kilayim Chapter 9 and Kesubos) says that Yosef (Joseph) is found in the cave of Rabbi Chiyah. It is a wonder that Yosef HaTzaddik (the righteous Joseph) is in the cave of Rabbi Chiyah, but that is what is written. It is told there that Rav Huna entered the cave of Rabbi Chiyah and Rav Chaga entered with him.

The Daily Strengthening from the Gaon and Tzaddik, our teacher Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), Friday, 26th of Menachem Av 5784

One must travel to Rabbi Chiyah, and then it is possible to revive the dead. At the grave of Rabbi Chiyah, it is possible to revive the dead and heal all the sick; one must travel to Rabbi Chiyah.

Rav Chisda said, "Bury Rav Huna in the cave of Rabbi Chiyah." They brought him up to Eretz Yisrael (the Land of Israel) by foot from Charan, from Bavel (Babylon), from Nehardea, from Pumbedita. They walked for two weeks by foot, a month by foot with the coffin.

Rav Huna said, "I want to enter the cave of Rabbi Chiyah. Who will bring me in? Rabbi Chaga!"

"Ah, you want to be buried in the cave?" He said, "Yes, I will enter the cave and I promise that I will come out."

"No, you want to be buried there." He said, "Tie a rope to me." They tied a twenty-meter rope to him. He said, "If I die, pull me out." They didn't want him to be buried in the cave because everyone wanted to be buried in the cave of Rabbi Chiyah.

First thing, one goes to Rabbi Chiyah. First thing is Rabbi Chiyah, the Rambam (Maimonides), Rabbi Akiva—this is all in Tverya (Tiberias). Tverya is the navel of the land. Tverya is the holiest place in Eretz Yisrael and the world. Everyone must go to Tverya without exception. Now (Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan—the eve of the new month of Sivan), it is the time for the prayer of the holy Shelah, so one must travel to Tverya to the holy Shelah.

One goes first to Rabbi Yochanan with his five students, one goes to the Rambam—it's all together. The Shelah's prayer must be said in Tverya at the grave of the Shelah. He composed the prayer so that the children will be tzaddikim (righteous), that they will walk in the way of Hashem, and that they won't run away from the yeshivas (Torah academies).

The Shelah's prayer is the prayer that is most accepted. Everyone must travel now to Tverya on Wednesday (Rosh Chodesh Sivan fell on Wednesday then), Erev Rosh Chodesh (the eve of the new month), and say the Shelah's prayer, without exception.

At the prayer by the Shelah in Tverya, there will be thousands of people, ten thousand people.
