The True Calculation of "As Many As They Are, A Hundred Times Over" – A Thousand Billion Trillion! • The Daily Lesson from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Before you is the full daily lesson as delivered by our teacher, the Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) – yesterday after the Maariv (evening) prayer, Wednesday night, the 5th of Tammuz, Parshas Chukas:
"The blessing of Yoav (Joab) was a thousand billion trillion more than the blessing of Moshe (Moses). Yoav said to David the King, if you do not count them, [they will merit the blessing of] 'as many as they are, a hundred times over.' I used to run away from math classes; I never studied math. I don't know how to calculate that two times two is four, times two is eight, sixteen, thirty-two, sixty-four, one hundred and twenty-eight, two hundred and fifty-six, five hundred and twelve, one thousand and twenty-four. After ten times, we reached a thousand. Twenty times, we reached a million. Thirty, a billion. Forty, a thousand billion. Fifty, a million billion. Sixty is a trillion – eighteen zeros. Seventy is a thousand trillion. Eighty is a million trillion. Ninety is a billion trillion. We reach 'as many as they are, a hundred times over' – the number one hundred – that is a thousand billion trillion. Moshe said 'a thousand'; the blessing of Yoav is a billion times more than the blessing of Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses our teacher). If we do one hundred and twenty, that is thirty-six zeros. If we do one hundred and eighty, that is fifty-four zeros. If we reach two hundred and forty – ten times the pitcher of Rivka (Rebecca). In the merit of Rivka, we already reach seventy-two zeros for Chesed (kindness). Because the blessing of Yoav is more than the blessing of Moshe. Only that Yoav can merit more than Moshe by a thousand billion trillion. Because Yoav would distribute cans [of soda], popsicles, and ice cream to all the children. Every child would receive every Shabbos (Sabbath) an ice cream, a popsicle, and ten cans. 'Pachiyot' (cans) in Arabic sounds like 'bechiyot' (crying/tears); in the merit of crying, he would receive cans. But today they give even without crying; without 'bechiyot' (tears) they receive 'pachiyot' (cans). So Yoav would distribute cans, and thus he merited that all the children of Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) merited Oneg Shabbos (Sabbath delight) through him. Therefore, he merited his blessing being a billion trillion times more than the blessing of Moshe Rabbeinu. And everyone—in the future to come, all the girls will be prophetesses. Every girl will be a prophetess, and every prophecy will be publicized. All this is stated on page 27b in Shir HaShirim (Song of Songs), that every prophecy of every girl will be publicized. Like the prophecy of Serach bat Asher, when everyone had ostracized Asher. 'Blessed be Asher above sons'—they asked, how does Serach know? Whoever reveals [that Joseph is alive] will die on the spot! Why did you reveal it? Serach said, even if I die, I don't care, I am telling: 'Joseph is still alive and he is king in Egypt, and he has two sons, Menashe and Ephraim!'".
