The Order of the Sefiras HaOmer Liturgy (Nusach Sefard):
For the sake of the unification of the Holy One, Blessed be He, and His Shechinah (Divine Presence), in awe and love, to unify the Name Yud-Kei with Vav-Kei in a perfect unity, in the name of all Israel. Behold, I am prepared and ready to fulfill the positive commandment of Sefiras HaOmer (the counting of the Omer) as it is written in the Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbat, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week shall you count fifty days; and you shall offer a new meal-offering to Hashem." May the pleasantness of Hashem our G-d be upon us, and may He establish the work of our hands for us; may He establish the work of our hands.
Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning Sefiras HaOmer (the counting of the Omer).
Today is one day of the Omer.
For the conductor, with string music, a psalm, a song: May G-d be gracious to us and bless us, may He cause His face to shine upon us, Selah. To know Your way on earth, Your salvation among all nations. The peoples will thank You, O G-d, all the peoples will thank You. Nations will rejoice and sing for joy, for You will judge the peoples justly and lead the nations on earth, Selah. The peoples will thank You, O G-d, all the peoples will thank You. The earth has yielded its produce; G-d, our G-d, will bless us. G-d will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
We beg You, with the strength of Your right hand's greatness, untie the bundled sins. Accept the prayer of Your people; strengthen us, purify us, O Awesome One. Please, O Mighty One, guard those who seek Your unity like the apple of Your eye. Bless them, purify them, may the mercy of Your righteousness always reward them. Powerful Holy One, in Your abundant goodness, lead Your congregation. Unique and Exalted One, turn to Your people who remember Your holiness. Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom forever and ever.
Master of the Universe, You commanded us through Moses Your servant to count Sefiras HaOmer (the counting of the Omer), in order to purify us from our klipos (spiritual husks) and our impurities, as You wrote in Your Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbat, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh week shall you count fifty days," so that the souls of Your people Israel may be purified from their contamination. Therefore, may it be Your will, Hashem our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that in the merit of Sefiras HaOmer that I counted today, whatever I have damaged in the Sefirah (Divine emanation) of Chesed shebeChesed (Kindness within Kindness) be rectified, and may I be purified and sanctified with the holiness from Above. Through this, may an abundant flow of blessing be bestowed upon all the worlds, to rectify our Nefesh, Ruach, and Neshamah (levels of the soul) from every dross and blemish, and to purify us and sanctify us with Your supernal holiness, Amen Selah.

Master of the Universe, Almighty One, merit me to all the lights that shine during Sefiras HaOmer (the counting of the Omer)—surrounding lights and inner lights, lights of direct light and lights of returning light. From these lights, all creatures in the world are vitalized: domem (inanimate), tzomeach (vegetative), chai (animal), medaber (human), and the soul levels of Nefesh, Ruach, Chayah, and Yechidah. All the intellects in the world are drawn from these 49 days, from Chesed shebeChesed (Kindness within Kindness) until Malchus shebeMalchus (Kingship within Kingship). The light returns from Malchus shebeMalchus back to Chesed shebeChesed. All of existence in the world exists solely in the merit of Sefiras HaOmer, for all the greatest miracles took place on the first night of Sefiras HaOmer. Through Sefiras HaOmer, all decrees and calamities are nullified, and no destroyer has permission to destroy, as it is written: "And He will not allow the destroyer to strike." For in the place where "your wife is like a fruitful vine," everything had become a "stumbling stone" (even negef), but through Sefiras HaOmer, we transform the "wife of the vine" into a "fruitful vine" and are saved from the stumbling stone. Concerning this it is said, "The Tzaddik (righteous one) shall flourish like a palm tree, he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon"—the secret of the eternal covenant of salt, in whose merit the Shechinah (Divine Presence) will never depart from the site of the Holy Temple. This is the secret of "HaMakom" (The Place/G-d): 10x10=100, 5x5=25, 6x6=36, 5x5=25 [totaling 186, the gematria of Makom]. This is the secret of "Splendor and majesty are before Him, strength and joy are in His place (bimkomo)." For during Sefiras HaOmer, we rectify the sin of the Brook of Shittim, and through this, "the destroyer shall not come into your houses to strike." "A woman of valor, who can find?"—she shall be transformed into "a fruitful vine in the inner chambers of your house," and you will be saved from the stumbling stone. For the woman is "clothed in settings of gold," the secret of "Your right hand shatters the enemy." Through this, we emerge from leprosy and merit to "shatter the enemy." For in the month of Iyar, which is the month of the counting, all the healings in the world are drawn down, and we shatter all the impurities of Egypt, whose root is in the holy spark within each of the ten Sefiros (Divine emanations). Through them comes the great victory, and all the klipos (husks) are cut off, and the entire Sitra Achra (the other side/forces of evil) shall vanish like smoke.
