Today is Ten Days, which are One Week and Three Days of the Omer • The Text of Sefiras HaOmer and a Prayer from the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Tiferes shebeGevurah

Seder Sefiras HaOmer (The Order of Counting the Omer):
For the sake of the unification of the Holy One, Blessed be He, and His Shechinah (Divine Presence), in awe and love, to unify the Name Yud-Kei with Vav-Kei in a perfect unity, in the name of all Israel. Behold, I am prepared and ready to fulfill the positive commandment of counting the Omer, as it is written in the Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbat, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh Shabbat shall you count fifty days, and you shall offer a new meal-offering to Hashem." May the pleasantness of Hashem our G-d be upon us; and the work of our hands, establish it for us; and the work of our hands, establish it.
Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.
Today is ten days, which are one week and three days of the Omer.
For the Conductor, with string music, a psalm, a song. May G-d be gracious to us and bless us; may He cause His face to shine upon us, Selah. To know Your way on earth, Your salvation among all nations. The nations will thank You, O G-d; all the nations will thank You. Nations will rejoice and sing for joy, for You will judge the peoples justly and lead the nations on earth, Selah. The nations will thank You, O G-d; all the nations will thank You. The earth has yielded its produce; G-d, our G-d, will bless us. G-d will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
We beg You! With the strength of Your right hand's greatness, untie the bundled sins. Accept the prayer of Your people; strengthen us, purify us, O Awesome One. Please, O Mighty One, those who seek Your unity, guard them like the pupil of an eye. Bless them, purify them, may the mercy of Your righteousness always reward them. Powerful Holy One, in Your abundant goodness, lead Your congregation. Unique and Proud One, turn to Your people, those who remember Your holiness. Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom forever and ever.
Master of the Universe, You commanded us through Moses Your servant to count the Omer, in order to purify us from our klipos (spiritual husks) and our impurities, as You have written in Your Torah: "And you shall count for yourselves from the morrow of the Shabbat, from the day that you brought the Omer of the wave offering; seven complete weeks shall they be. Until the morrow of the seventh Shabbat shall you count fifty days," so that the souls of Your people Israel may be purified from their defilement. And so, may it be Your will, Hashem our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that in the merit of the Sefiras HaOmer that I counted today, that which I damaged in the Sefirah of Tiferes shebeGevurah (Beauty within Strength) shall be rectified, and I shall be purified and sanctified with the holiness of Above. Through this, may abundant bounty be bestowed upon all the worlds, to rectify our Nefesh, Ruach, and Neshamah (levels of the soul) from every dross and blemish, and to purify us and sanctify us with Your supernal holiness, Amen Selah.
Before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for Tiferes shebeGevurah: From the book destined to be published with G-d's help containing all the prayers of the Rav shlit"a for the days of Sefiras HaOmer. For donations and dedications: 0533189062
Master of the Universe, Almighty One, merit me in "Tiferes shebeGevurah" (Beauty within Strength), to merit to study Torah day and night = 177 (the numerical value/gematria), which is the secret of the Sefirah of Tiferes (Beauty). And may I merit the attribute of Gevurah (Strength/Might), in order to overcome [my nature] and study Torah day and night = 177. Through this, may I merit to enter with my body into Gan Eden (Paradise) = 177. I shall use the attribute of Gevurah for Torah study, which is the Sefirah of Tiferes, and all my days I will study Torah 24 hours without resting even for a second, with supreme Gevurah (strength). May the verse be fulfilled in me: "Issachar is a strong-boned donkey, crouching between the boundaries," and may I merit to be like a donkey that crouches under its burden, which never sits down, and may I never straighten my back. May I merit to be the Fifth Beggar (from Rebbe Nachman's stories), who always has a crooked and hunched back. May I merit to always bow before every single person, and I will not be impudent to any person in the world; I will only surrender to everyone and receive all bizyonos (insults/humiliations) with love. I will perform supreme yichudim (unifications) with them, to unify the Shechinah (Divine Presence) with Hashem, may He be blessed. From all the bizyonos I receive, let there only be an infinite Kiddush Hashem (Sanctification of G-d's Name), and through this, Mashiach ben David shall come in the blink of an eye, Amen, Netzach, Selah, Va'ed.
