Very Joyous News: Rabbi Pinto Blessed the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a Immediately Upon His Release
On the morning of Wednesday, the 27th of Tevet 5777 (January 25, 2017), the Admor, Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto shlit"a, head of the Shuva Israel institutions, was released. On that very same day, he arrived at the holy site of Meron, at the tziyun (grave marker) of the holy Tanna, Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai. There, during the holy gathering, Rabbi Pinto shlit"a chose to bless our Master, Teacher, and Rabbi, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. Here is a testimony from one of the Chassidim who participated in this moving event.

'We love Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a very much. We saw him, we were with him—a holy and awesome man of God. I am praying fervently for his speedy release'."
"On that same occasion, Rabbi Pinto shlit"a received the book Esh HaTorah authored by Rabbi Berland shlit"a, and he derived great enjoyment and joy from it."
