When a Person Learns Torah, He Becomes Bound to the Light of the Seven Days

THE ENTIRE CREATION RESONATES WITH THE NUMBER SEVEN – THE NUMBER OF THE DAYS OF CREATION, SHABBAT, DIVINE CONDUCT.  HOWEVER, WHEN SEVEN BECOMES RAISED UP AND IS MULTIPLIED BY ITSELF THREE TIMES – SEVEN TIMES SEVEN TIMES SEVEN – ANOTHER LIGHT IS REVEALED WITHIN IT, AN UNBROKEN LIGHT, ONLY PERFECTION THAT IS ABOVE THE NATURAL ORDER.  THIS IS THE SECRET OF THE SOUL, WHICH ASPIRES TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SUPERNAL UNITY, WHERE THE FIRMAMENTS, RIVERS, AND REALMS ALL SING TOGETHER ONE MELODY.  WHEN A PERSON IS TRULY INVOLVED IN TORAH, HE IS INCLUDED IN THIS LIGHT – THE LIGHT OF 343 – AND PREPARES THE VESSELS FOR THE REVELATION OF THE FUTURE LIGHT, LIKE THE LIGHT OF THE SEVEN DAYS, THE LIGHT OF REDEMPTION.

These are his holy words:

There is 7 – 7 – 7.  There are seven climates, seven rivers, seven kingdoms, seven firmaments.  Everything is 7 times 7 times 7.  When a person learns, he is included in 7 – 7 – 7, because he is “seven ducts” (Zechariya 4:2).  “And its seven lamps are upon it, and there are seven ducts [for each of the lamps].”  7 * 7 * 7 = 343.  This is written in Shmuel, “Like the morning light when the sun shines” (II Shmuel 23:4).

We are talking about 7 – 7 – 7.  Here in Bamidbar, in parashat Beha’alotecha, it is written about the twelve silver bowls [the gifts of the tribal princes to the Tabernacle], because everything atones for Adam HaRishon.

AFTER ADAM HARISHON, THE WORLD WAS DESTROYED, BECAUSE A PERSON NEEDS TO BRING LIGHT TO HIS CHILDREN, MAKE MELAVAH MALKAH WITH THEM, SING SONGS WITH THEM.  ADAM HARISHON DIDN’T SING – “MY HARP HAS TURNED FOR MOURNING, MY FLUTE TO THE SOUND OF WEEPERS” (IYOV 30:31).  HE DIDN’T SING, SO HIS CHILDREN BECAME DEGENERATE – BILLIONS, SEVEN BILLION, TEN BILLION.  PEOPLE WORSHIPPED IDOLATRY [THE DESCENDANTS OF ADAM HARISHON].  THE CHILD IS BORN WITH A YETZER HARA (EVIL INCLINATION), “BECAUSE ALL THE INCLINATIONS OF A MAN’S HEART ARE EVIL FROM HIS YOUTH” (BEREISHIT 8:21).   THE CHILD IS A SAVAGE, A WILD DONKEY.  HE ONLY WANTS TO COMMIT TRANSGRESSIONS.  HE’S WILLING FOR HIS FATHER AND MOTHER’S SAKE [TO WATCH HIMSELF], BUT IF THERE IS NO FATHER AND MOTHER, BECAUSE THE PARENTS ARE DIVORCED, THEN THERE IS NOTHING TO GROUND HIM.

So three places are brought here [with 7 – 7 – 7].  “Like the morning light when the sun shines.”  The Gemara asks what is the meaning of “like the morning light.”  Three sevens – 7 – 7 – 7 = 343.  So in the future world, everything will shine 7 * 7 * 7 – like the light of the Seven Days.  In the future world, “Like the morning light when the sun shines.”  There will be light on the fourteenth.  343, like the light of the Seven Days.

All of this is written in Yeshayahu (30:26), “The light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of the Seven Days.”  Everything will be sevenfold, 7 – 7 – 7, which is 343 -- the light of the future world.  On every light is 343 lights – 7 – 7 – 7.  Therefore, Noach’s father lived 777 years (Bereishit 5:32) – this is the highest.
