"At the Molad of Mar-Cheshvan, Bring Down for Us the Third Holy Temple

The Molad (birth of the new moon) for the month of Mar-Cheshvan will occur tonight—the 30th of Tishrei 5785, the first day of Rosh Chodesh (the New Month) Mar-Cheshvan. At 3:44 and 11 chalakim (parts of an hour), here is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), for the Molad of the month of Mar-Cheshvan 5785:

The Molad of Mar-Cheshvan

Master of the Universe, Almighty One, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of Mar-Cheshvan, which will be on Friday at 3:44 and 14 chalakim (parts of an hour).

Bring down for us the Third Beis HaMikdash (Holy Temple), a Temple of fire, just as You promised for the month of Cheshvan—in which the building of the First Beis HaMikdash was completed—that You will build the Third in its month, the month of Cheshvan.

And may we merit to see the Kohen Gadol (High Priest) in the Third Beis HaMikdash (Holy Temple), a Temple of fire that will spread over all of Jerusalem [Pesikta 1].
