Rabbi Glazerson in the Secrets of the Torah

Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson shlit"a reveals new and wonderful findings in the secrets of the Torah regarding the imprisonment of our teacher, Rav Berland shlit"a, and the war of the Erev Rav against holiness in the moments before the Geulah.

Rabbi Glazerson presents a Torah code table that confirms the words of Attorney Ephraim Dimri regarding our teacher, the holy Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a.

At the beginning of his remarks, Rabbi Glazerson is moved and stirred by the interview with Attorney Dimri. Among his words, Attorney Dimri stated:

"I can say this: as someone who also knows Rav Berland personally, I believe and am convinced that he was not a partner to anything related to the murder itself. Perhaps as a rabbi—and I say perhaps—he knew about it when people came to consult with him as a rabbi, and regarding that, there is the privilege of a clergyman, just like an attorney, for a rabbi whom people consult, but nothing beyond that."

"In my estimation, Rav Berland did not allow anyone, Heaven forbid, to murder, nor to hide a body."

"In my opinion, part of the campaign of persecution is taking place in order to dismantle and shatter the entire organization of Breslov Chassidut, the entire organization of the Shuvu Banim yeshiva."

"There is one goal—to shatter everything surrounding it; apparently, it bothers someone or something specific. I have no idea how there are all these organizations claiming it is a cult, but it is not a cult at all. These are chassidim who believe in a certain path, and therefore, from here to the formulation of an indictment, I think it is very, very far."

Immediately afterward, Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson shlit"a continues to explain the inner reason for this harsh persecution against holiness, while observing and providing proofs from the codes in the Torah.

"Here we see in the codes of the Torah a matter that relates to the accusation of Rav Berland shlit"a—of course, everything depends on the matters of the Erev Rav."

"It is very important to know about the concept called 'Erev Rav' before the coming of Mashiach. It is written about extensively in the Torah sources of the Tikkunei Zohar and the Vilna Gaon. It is written there that in the time before the Geulah, 'the Erev Rav are the heads over Israel, as if they rule over Hashem—and they are the ones who delay Israel in exile more than the nations of the world.'"

Rabbi Glazerson continues to describe the evils of the exile under the rule of the Erev Rav:

"Any good they do, they do for themselves."

"Woe to Israel when the Erev Rav are the heads."

"The Erev Rav are very attached to Israel, and the Geulah will not come until they are clarified from within Israel through the hardships of exile."

"Those who fear sin will be despised in the eyes of the Erev Rav."

"The rabbis and leaders of the final generation are Erev Rav. Moshe comes once every 50 years so that the heads of the Erev Rav will not err (from the words of the Ba'al Shem Tov)."

"Unfortunately, these things are very relevant to our time, as there is a war of the Erev Rav against the holy and pure, against the tzaddikim, against the Torah and the keeping of the mitzvot. Therefore, we searched in the Book of Deuteronomy, which corresponds to our millennium, regarding what is happening today—the accusation of Rav Berland."

"It is unbelievable what we found: the words 'the accusation of Rav Berland' appear in a small skip next to the words 'Erev Rav, the plague of leprosy, the serpent (the Sitra Achra).' And it is written in the holy books that the police of the Erev Rav, the power of impurity, are undoubtedly connected to this. And this is without a doubt their power."

"Also appearing next to the words 'Rav Berland' are the words 'Mashiach ben Yosef,' which is undoubtedly Rav Berland. And also, the words 'impurity, lusts, Lilith,' which describe the difficult spiritual state in this generation under the influence of the Erev Rav."

"Also appearing regarding Rav Berland, besides the words 'Mashiach,' are the words 'holy and pure,' which describe his way of life. Whoever knows the way of life of Rav Berland, who continues in his work despite these terrible persecutions, this undoubtedly shows his greatness. Whoever knows how he lives in holiness and purity, as it is known that he immerses four or five times a day, and despite this, they frame him with such fabrications."

"We have already found in the codes of the Torah a number of times accusations against people that were all lies and falsehoods. In the hope that those who fight against those lies and fabrications will succeed—one sees clearly that this is a war that has no logical explanation. Very large sums of money were invested when, in fact, the accusations are relatively very small. All this is only in order to catch and arrest holy and pure tzaddikim who have great influence in bringing thousands back in teshuvah. In fact, this is the persecution of the Erev Rav just as they also persecuted Rav Pinto."

"This is how the Erev Rav tries to delay the coming of Mashiach, as it is written in the holy books that this delay can, Heaven forbid, bring harsh judgments upon the people of Israel. Unfortunately, we see the difficulties and pressures exerted on the people of Israel; all of this, unfortunately, comes as a result of harming the holy and pure tzaddikim in Israel."
