"THE DAY OF THE DISPATCH OF THE SECOND LETTERS"

Master of the Universe, Almighty, on this holy and awesome day, in which Ahasuerus canceled his decrees, and gave permission to the Jews to stand up for their lives, and to lay hands on those who sought their harm. And in the merit of this great and holy day, not a single Jewish man or woman was harmed, not a single boy or girl in all 127 provinces of his kingdom. And even though for 24 hours a cruel and terrible war raged in all 127 provinces of his kingdom, and who could reverse the terrible consequences, and 75,000 were killed, corresponding to the number of years of Hadassah [Queen Esther] who brought salvation to the people of Israel. Therefore, on this day, all barren women are blessed with children, and each and every person will find their true shidduch (marriage match) and soulmate from the seven days of Creation, from the Hidden Light of the seven days, from the Hidden Light with which Hashem, may He be blessed, created the world and its fullness, the earth and its inhabitants, the stars and the constellations and all their systems. And about them it is said: "Yet I will rejoice in Hashem, I will exult in the God of my salvation." "And You will stand me upon my high places, You will widen my stride beneath me." And may I merit that You reveal Yourself to me twice, just as You did to Hatzlelponit, the mother of Samson. And may I merit, O One Hashem: "You pierced with his own staffs the head of his warriors; sun and moon stood still in their habitation; at the light of Your arrows they walked, at the shining of Your glittering spear. In indignation You marched through the earth, in anger You trampled the nations. You went forth for the salvation of Your people, for the salvation of Your anointed; You crushed the head of the house of the wicked, laying bare the foundation to the neck, Selah." "Hashem God is my strength, and He makes my feet like those of deer, and makes me tread upon my high places. To the chief musician, with my stringed instruments."
