"At the Molad of Kislev, the Lights of Chanukah are Drawn Down—Lights of Miracles and Wonders that Have Not Existed Since the Beginning of Time" • A Prayer for the Molad of the Month of Kislev 5785

The Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Kislev will occur this coming Sunday - the 30th of Mar-Cheshvan 5785, the first day of Rosh Chodesh Kislev. At 4:28 AM and 15 chalakim (parts of a minute), before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) for the Molad of the month of Kislev 5785:

Prayer for the Molad of Kislev

The Molad of Kislev will be on Sunday before dawn at 4:28 AM, 15 chalakim (parts)

Master of the World, Almighty One, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, the Molad (birth of the new moon) of Kislev will be on Sunday before dawn at 4:28 AM, 15 chalakim (parts), and then may You hear our prayers, and may all the hostages return, for then all the gates of Heaven are opened, all 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding), and the lights of Chanukah are drawn down for the entire year—lights of miracles and wonders that have not existed since the beginning of time, and have not yet existed since the six days of Creation. These are lights drawn from the 13 Attributes of Mercy of the Name AV (72), the secret of the Gavia (goblet) [which is] 13 [times] AV (72), the numerical value (Gematria) of Mordechai and Esther, Matityahu and his sons, who merited to draw down the lights of Chanukah. Through this, may all marriage matches (shidduchim) be established, and all childless women be blessed with children (tipakadnah), and all the sick be completely healed, just as it was with our Mother Sarah, where anyone who believed in Sarah was healed even at the end of the world, and no trace of the illness remained forever.
