"We have come to announce that the Rav is not Mashiach (Messiah), nor a spark of Mashiach, nor a trace of Mashiach. And anyone who says he is Mashiach is causing such a Chillul Hashem (desecration of God's name) that there hasn't been such a Chillul Hashem since the creation of the world. Let him be placed under a Pulsa d'Nura (a kabbalistic curse of 'lashes of fire'). As it is written in Torah I [of Likutey Moharan]: 'And we strike him with the staff upon which is engraved "Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh" (I Will Be Who I Will Be).' Expel him from the Yeshiva, expel him from the entire area, because he is causing a terrible and awesome Chillul Hashem. Because every girl needs to be a principal of a seminar (religious high school). Every girl needs to arrive at the seminar by eight-thirty. There are thirty more days of study until the 1st of Nissan; every girl must arrive at eight-thirty in the morning. And she should break her Xiaomi, her smartphone, which are things that haven't existed since the time of the Flood, nor since the time of the Generation of the Dispersion (the Tower of Babel). It didn't even exist among the people of Sodom; these are things that the Sitra Achra (the 'Other Side' - forces of evil), the Satan, invents every second to cause the generation before the Geulah (Redemption) to stumble. We are the generation before the Geulah, and everyone needs to know that these are the trials. Instead of talking about nonsense, about Mashiach, talk only about the fact that one needs to break the Xiaomi, to break the smartphone. And every girl should wear [skirts] long until the ankle, and then soldiers will not continue to be killed; every day soldiers are being killed. Every second soldiers and civilians are being killed, in all sorts of places in the Land [of Israel] more and more are being killed. Now Ramadan is coming, they are going to do a terrible and awesome pogrom (massacre); they have already announced that they will do a pogrom where they will kill at least a hundred thousand Jews in one day. Hitler killed six million, so here they will kill a hundred thousand—it's nothing, no need to get excited about it, you aren't small children. You are already big children, receive everything with love. So every person needs to know that now is a Purim miracle, before Purim, the miracle where they saw that within three days they hanged the oppressor of the Jews. Hitler ruled from January 30, 1933 (5693) until 1945 (5705). Until the eve of Lag BaOmer, until Rabbi Shimon [bar Yochai] subdued him; on the eve of Lag BaOmer they subdued him finally. But for twelve years and three months - February, March, April - he ruled the world. Hundreds of thousands of Jews every day were sent to death, hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands, the world was silent, the world was happy, Roosevelt did not agree to accept even one Jew. A few ships arrived in America, he threw them back to the exile, to the Nazis. They ruled the world, they ruled the world for twelve years 1933–1945.
