During the past week, we presented the call of The Rav shlit"a regarding participation in the prayer gathering planned for Monday, the eve of the 12th of Adar II. The Rav said that the goal of the gathering is to stop the Intifada and the terrible terror attacks that are raging against us every day, until the verse is literally being fulfilled in us: "One lamb in the morning and one lamb in the afternoon," referring to the holy victims who ascend every day upon the altar of Hashem in these terrible attacks. They are taking our most wonderful young men, the paragons of virtue who are turning into an altar of atonement for us. We must stop the Intifada at any cost, the Rav calls out, and this can only be achieved through the prayer of the entire Jewish people in Hebron, at the Cave of the Patriarchs (Ma'arat HaMachpelah). We have four weeks to prepare the prayer that will stop the Intifada, the mass murder, and the mass slaughter. We ask everyone to participate in this gathering, at the conclusion of which a Vatikin (sunrise) prayer will be held at the site.

Following the clear call of the Rav, other Rabbis joined the call, among them his dear student Rabbi Shalom Arush shlit"a. Rabbi Arush spoke on the information line before the previous gathering held at the Cave of the Patriarchs, and strengthened the need to participate in the gathering. Rabbi Arush further added and strengthened the need for prayers for the Rav himself, saying: "Whoever says the Tikkun HaKlali for the success of my teacher and master Rabbi Eliezer ben Ettia shlit"a, the Rav promised that he would do him an eternal favor both in this world and in the World to Come. We in the yeshiva will perform an hour of Hisbodedus for the Rav's success and we will also recite thousands of Tikkun HaKlalis.

In another conversation on the line, Rabbi Arush shlit"a added and said in his own name, that whoever prays for my teacher and master Rabbi Eliezer ben Ettia sees salvations in all matters.
