Please, Merciful and Gracious One, Almighty, attach my heart all day long solely and exclusively to the love of my wife, and let me not have any fallen loves (impure desires), Heaven forbid. Let me be attached to my wife with all five levels of the soul—Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, and Yechidah—that are in all my 248 limbs and 365 sinews, both externally and internally, across all four spiritual worlds: Asiyah (Action), Yetzirah (Formation), Beriah (Creation), and Atzilut (Emanation).
