The War of Gog and Magog Has Begun; We Are in the Time of the Redemption

The esteemed Kabbalist, Rav Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto shlit"a, head of the "Shuva Israel" institutions in Israel and abroad, and Av Beit Din of the Jewish community in Morocco, warned from his seat about the fateful situation in which we currently find ourselves.

"Know that this is now a time of Geulah - the Gemara says that the seventh year is a year of war."

"See, tzaddikim, that this year will not pass without war; it is a year of war."

Rav Pinto's words join the calls for awakening from many tzaddikim in recent times, which we will bring, with Hashem's help, later on.

"The war, we say, began two years ago; this entire pandemic is the Gog and Magog of a war that has begun. It started in a way... it is not written how Gog and Magog will be, whether it will be with guns, or with missiles, or with swords, or with knives - the Gog and Magog has begun."

"When the Nazis rose to power, it was five or six years before the Second World War. Did anyone believe then that it would reach the Holocaust? But they started! In opinions, in hatred, to hate the stranger, to hate the other - it started."

"The war of Gog and Magog has begun, but how it will develop depends on our strength. As we said at the beginning of the pandemic, if we will be... know, tzaddikim, that at the beginning of the pandemic, on that Passover eve, we heard: 'And none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.'"

"We were at the very threshold of the Geulah - Mashiach was literally at the door."

As is known, physical access to our teacher, the holy tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, has been difficult in recent times as a result of the harsh persecution he is undergoing. Beside the Rav, there were guards at all times, Torah-observant rabbis who do not belong to the prominent students of Rav Berland shlit"a, as requested by the court.

One of the guards who wishes to remain anonymous told us personally the following shocking testimony, a testimony so fateful for the people of Israel and directly related to the aforementioned words of Rav Pinto.

This is his testimony.

It concerns a period about four months ago, before Rosh Hashanah, when there was a rumor that the nine months before the coming of Mashiach had already begun. That same guard, who was frequently near our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a, asked him in the month of Tammuz regarding the truth of the rumor.

Our teacher Rav Berland answered: This is not true, the nine months before the Geulah have not yet begun; they will begin on Chanukah and will be accompanied by difficult events that will continue until Rosh Hashanah.

The guard continued and asked: What do we need to prepare for this period? Do we need to prepare a lot of food?

Our teacher Rav Berland continued and answered: The situation with food will not be so difficult; there will be enough food, there will be what to eat, but it will be difficult to obtain medicines. Therefore, whoever takes medicine regularly should see to preparing a supply for the coming months.

On another occasion, the guard asked our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a about the concern regarding the dropping of an atomic bomb by Iran.

Our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a answered: Iran will throw an atom bomb on Israel, but I will catch it in the air and throw it back on Iran. It will also fall on Egypt and Syria, but mainly on Turkey.

Thus far are the words of our teacher, the holy tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a.

This past Chanukah, 5782, the Admor Rabbi David Abuhatzeira shlit"a spoke and delivered his holy words before a large crowd.

During his words, Rabbi David Abuhatzeira said that the nine months would begin on the Shabbat of Chanukah, which was also Rosh Chodesh Tevet.

In order to understand the words of our teacher Rav Berland and Rabbi David Abuhatzeira shlit"a, one must calculate nine months from Chanukah, which end on Rosh Chodesh Elul. However, since 5782 is a leap year in which we have two Adars, and if one counts them both as one Adar - the nine months will end at the beginning of the year 5783.

We return to the words of our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a, according to which the nine months before the Geulah will end at the upcoming Rosh Hashanah in 5783.

As is known, reality can change, especially when the people of Israel do teshuvah and the tzaddikim, as we see with our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a, take upon themselves suffering and humiliation in order to sweeten the judgments over the people of Israel and bring the Geulah with mercy. And behold, to our great joy, which cannot be described in words, the community's connection with our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a has recently returned, and the public has returned to hear the words of his holy Torah and even to pray with the tzaddik shlit"a.

In the last two weeks, our teacher said several times that the Geulah will be on the Seder night, with the light of the Geulah beginning from the Shabbat of Chanukah and continuing to rise until the Seder night.

All the words of these mighty tzaddikim join the reality occurring before our eyes, and the fulfillment of the words of the Vilna Gaon, which were said with Divine inspiration about 220 years ago (1720–1797). For the moment that Russia invades the Crimean Peninsula on the shores of the Black Sea, it will be the final sign before the Geulah. "If the ships of the kingdom of Russia cross the Bosphorus Strait (the Dardanelles), one must wear Shabbat clothes," meaning the hour is close to the coming of Mashiach.

If anyone still has doubt about the fulfillment of this sign, one can see all the media outlets today that are constantly covering the massive flow of Russian forces to the border with Ukraine. Matters have reached the point where the administration in the US issued a statement that if Russia does not retreat from its intentions in Crimea, it is also prepared to drop an atom bomb on Russia.
