החיזוק היומי – יעל החביאה את סיסרא תחת השמיכה

יָעֵל, וַתְּכַסֵּהוּ בַּשְּׁמִיכָה (שופטים ד, יח), אבל אין שמיכה (במקום אחר בתנ”ך). אחד אומר (ויקרא רבה כג י) שזה פַּיְילָה, פַּיְילָה זה גיגית גדולה, מי אומר שזה היה שמיכה כמו שאנחנו מכירים?
לא היה שמיכות אז כִּיסְתָה אותו, יעל שמה אותו מתחת לשולחן, שמה עליו פַּיְילָה גדולה.
מה זה שמיכה? הגמרא שואלת מה זה שמיכה?
ריש לקיש אומר שזה פַּיְילָה (ויקרא רבה כג י), פַּיְילָה זה גיגית, גיגית ענקית. יעל כיסתה את סיסרא עם גיגית, החביאה אותו תחת הגיגית.
אז שמיכה זה פַּיְילָה, אומר המגלה עמוקות (אופן פ”ז): “ומלת שמי"כה הוא בגימטריא צפר“ה”, כי יעל היתה גלגול של צִפֹּרָה.
למה כתוב שמיכה? שמיכה זה: שי”ן (גימטריה) 300, מ”ם, יו”ד, כ”ף זה בדיוק 70 ועוד ה”י – ביחד צִפֹּרָה, כי כתוב צִפֹּרָה בלי ו”ו.
המגלה עמוקות כותב באופן פ”ז שצִפֹּרָה גימטריה שמיכה. עוד הוא מוסיף שדבורה ניצוץ ממשה, יעל ניצוץ מצפרה ושַׁמְגַּר בֶּן עֲנָת זה גֵּרְשֹׁם.
דבורה זה משה, לכן אסתר זה גם משה, שַׁמְגַּר בֶּן עֲנָת זה היה גֵּרְשֹׁם. ביחד זה היה אבא, אמא והבן שלהם גֵּרְשֹׁם – "כִּי אָמַר גֵּר הָיִיתִי בְּאֶרֶץ נָכְרִיָּה" (שמות יח ג).
ואחרי זה מופיע הפסוק, "וְשֵׁם הָאֶחָד אֱלִיעֶזֶר כִּי אֱלֹהֵי אָבִי בְּעֶזְרִי וַיַּצִּלֵנִי מֵחֶרֶב פַּרְעֹה" (שם שם ד), אבל אֱלִיעֶזֶר צריך להיות לפני גֵּרְשֹׁם, הרי קודם משה היה על הגרדום, ושם הניפו עליו את החרב והחרב התהפכה על התליין.
מכאן שצריך לקרוא קודם בשם אליעזר, כי קודם "גֵּר הָיִיתִי", רק אחרי זה הוא הגיע למדיין. עד שמשה הגיע למדיין לקח לו עוד שבוע, הוא הרי הלך ברגל ממצרים למדיין, זה עוד שבוע.
קודם היה אליעזר, "וַיַּצִּלֵנִי מֵחֶרֶב פַּרְעֹה" (שמות יח ד), אלא משה אמר – עד שאני לא רואה את הישועה של עם ישראל אני לא נותן את השם אליעזר.
אליעזר זה כבר ישועה! זה כבר – אֵלִי עוֹזֵר! ה’ עוזר! מנצחים את כולם! מנצחים את כל האויבים!

Daily Encouragement – Yael Hid Sisera Under the Blanket

"Yael covered him with a blanket" (Judges 4:18), but there is no mention of a blanket elsewhere in the Bible. One opinion (Leviticus Rabbah 23:10) says that this was a "payilah," a large bedspread. Who says it was a blanket as we know it?
There were no blankets back then, so she covered him. Yael put him under the table, covered him with a large bedspread.
What is a blanket? The Talmud asks, what is a blanket? Resh Lakish says it is a "payilah" (Leviticus Rabbah 23:10), a large bedspread. Yael hid Sisera with a bedspread; she concealed him under the bedspread.
So a blanket is a "payilah," says the Megillah Ta'anit: "And the word 'blanket' is numerically equivalent to 'tzipporah' (bird)," because Yael was a reincarnation of Tzipporah.
Why is it written "blanket"? Blanket is: Shin (numerical value) 300, Mem, Yod, Kaf, which is precisely 70, plus Hey – together Tzipporah, because Tzipporah is written without a Vav.
The Megillah Ta'anit writes in an obscure manner that Tzipporah's numerical value is blanket. He also adds that Devorah was a spark from Moshe, Yael a spark from Tzipporah, and Shamgar son of Anath was Gershom.
Devorah is Moshe, so Esther is also Moshe, Shamgar son of Anath was Gershom. Together, they were a father, mother, and son – Gershom: "For I have been a stranger in a strange land" (Exodus 18:3).
And after that, the verse appears, "And one of them was named Eleazar because the God of my father was my help and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh" (Exodus 18:4). But Eleazar should be before Gershom, for before Moshe was on the dung heap, and there they lifted the sword over him, and the sword turned over onto the gallows.
From here, it should be read first in the name of Eleazar, because before "I was a stranger," only after that did he reach Midian. Until Moshe reached Midian, it took him another week; he walked on foot from Egypt to Midian, which is another week.
Before was Eleazar, "and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh" (Exodus 18:4), but Moshe said – until I see the salvation of the people of Israel, I will not give the name Eleazar.
Eleazar is already salvation! It's already – Eli Ozer! The Lord is my help! Conquering them all! Conquering all the enemies!
